Dr Samson Ojo, PhD, MBA, FHEA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer:
Dr Samson Ojo is a researcher, quality improvement specialist, educator, and technology and innovation entrepreneur passionate about developing practical, scalable solutions that address real-world challenges across Africa.
UK-trained, he holds a PhD in Public Health and Behaviour Change, an MBA in Hospital and Health Service Management, an MSc in Biomedical Science, a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP), and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). He is also a QSIR (Quality Service Improvement and Redesign) Practitioner.
His professional experience spans healthcare, research, quality improvement, higher education, and innovation, where he has led projects that have improved organisational performance, strengthened research capacity, advanced research excellence, and supported service transformation.
Through Rydex Technologies Ltd, he is developing scalable digital solutions across mobility, health, and business services to improve access to essential services, increase productivity, create economic opportunities, and drive sustainable development across Africa.
